ABC Amber CHM Viewer
As you know, the .chm file format is a potential security threat. As such, the ability to view the file is often restricted by network security settings.
ABC Amber CHM Viewer is a free powerful tool that allows you to view CHM files (Compiled Windows HTML Help files) under Windows. The program does not use MS Internet Explorer to view CHM topics, so it's much safer.
As all "ABC Amber" products, it's really easy as ABC and powerful as Amber.
